PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction during carrying by providing a means for inhibiting the pushing operation of the external operating member to the outside of watch case. CONSTITUTION:A slit part 7a for free fitting of an external operating member 8 is provided to a watch case 7 and a collar part 8a whose long diameter protion is longer than the width of the slit part 7a is provided to the external operating member 8. Then, if the external operating member 8 is so turned that the long diameter portion of the collar part 8a comes horizontal, then the long diameter portion interferes with the slit part 7a as it is longer than the width of the slit part 7a, by which the push operation of the external operating member 8 is inhibited and the mis- operation during carrying is prevented. On the other hand, when the member is so turned that the long diameter portion of the collar part 8a becomes perpendicular, the push operation of the external operating member 8 becomes feasible because the short diameter portion is shorter than the width of the slit part 7a. |
