<p>This invention relates to therapeutically active 2,5-tetrahydrofurane derivatives, wherein the substituent in the 2-position is a group ROOC-(CH2)7, in which R is hydrogen or lower alkyl, the 5-substituent being an alkyl of alkenyl group of 4 to 13 carbon atoms, which may be substituted with an oxygen atom or, a hydroxy group and/or a lower alkyl group at the third carbon atom, counted from the furane ring, and to the production thereof.</p> |
