PURPOSE:To obtian long life and high reliability, by giving auxiliary light emitter. CONSTITUTION:The input optical signal from the light delivery path 1 is delivered to the optival delivery path 7 via the photo coupler 14 as the photo signal from the main light emitter 6. In this case, a part of the output of the light emitter 6 is inputted to the differential detector 10 via the photo detector 8 and the output of the driver 5 is via the delay circuit 9, and the differectial output of the both is fed to the driver 11, and when the input value exceeds the specified value, the drive output is obtained and the auxiliary light emitter 12 is driven, and the output photo signal is delivered to the optical dilevery path 7 via the coupler 14. |
