PURPOSE:To achieve the improvement in production and assembling operations and enhance spherical surface accuracy by closely fitting the adjoining flange parts of respective equalizer pieces, forming annular spaces in the inside, force-fitting one set of pins and removing the flange parts in spherical form. CONSTITUTION:Equalizer pieces 11, 12, 13 which comprise forming both or either one of inside and outside faces in conical face and respectively forming flange parts 16, 20, 24 in bottom part are so disposed and combined that the respective flange parts mutually closely fit and form annular spaces 27, 28, 29 in the inside. next, one set of pins 26, 26, 26 are force fitted from the outside in communication with the respective equalizer pieces 11, 12, 13 to firmly fix the respective equalizer pieces to themselves, after which the flange portions are cut and removed in spherical form down to an imaginary line position Y, reproducing the annular spaces 27, 28, 29 in this removed face. Thereby, the need for conventional locating spacers is eliminated, and the assembling operation may be made simple and easy. |
