<p>The space frame module defines a five-sided volume, comprises bars or straight members, and may be utilised for building roofs or furniture frames or similar. The structure of the module is based on cruciform framed panels deriving a five-sided envelope rising from a triangular base. The module may be collapsible and may be reduced into a monoplanar form by relative rotation of constituent frames. Nodes or bar intersections form axes for rotation, and diverse fasteners or supports may be used to maintain the module in its extend form.</p> |
