摘要 PURPOSE:To achive an efficient control of electric quantity consumption, by means of limiting an actual consumption of electric quantity to below a value with a set consumption quantity, corresponding to a reduction rate determined individually for electric quantity consumption level, multiplied. CONSTITUTION:Electric quantity consumption setting switches 9 to 12 separate a time at a quantization period of prescribed time width, constituting a method for independently setting each of the electric quantity consumptions, and low level electric quantity consumption reduction rate setting switches 19, 20 constitute a method for setting an electric quantity consumption reduction rate with a division made into several stages individually to electric quantity consumption level. At every generation of electric quantity consumption signal, in case of the actual quantity consumpation being above a value with a reduction rate, being individually set to electric quantity comsumption level, multiplied to a set electric quantity consumption previously set corresponding to the time signal, a method is provided for generating a signal to sucessively make a forced operation of turning the distribution line connected equipments into an off-state, and controlling an electric quantity consumption to within a reduction rate determined individually to each electric quantity consumption level.
