PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling work and achieve the improvement in impact resistance by bonding and connecting one of electrodes of the vibrator to an electrode terminal serving also as a fixing base for case. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 1 having flat face electrodes and side face electrodes undergoes bonding its one electrode 3 to an electrode terminal 9 serving also as a fixing base for case by using a conductive also as a fixing base for case by using a conductive substance 6 and performing electrical connection. The other electrode 2 of the vibrator 1 is electrically connecte to the electrode terminal 8 of the case by using a lead wire 10. Thereby, shorting phenomenon of the two electrodes of the vibrator is eliminated and bonding and electrical connection works are facilitated. |
