The pneumatic screen is for utilisationin greenhouse and may be mounted in the roof structure to minimise thermal losses and aid climatic control. The screen comprises several similar and parallel straight transparent and inflatable sheaths (5) which emanate perpendicularly from a prim. distributor tube (1); and the sheaths (5) form a contiguous panel when inflated. The distributor (1) supplies the inflating fluid to the sheaths (5), and has a series of parallel junction spigots (3) projecting at equal intervals from one side. The sheaths (5) may be of a circular section in elastic supple material and may extend between a spigot (3, 10) and an anchorage (12). The anchored end is plugged; the sheaths may be stretched when mounted; and the distributor may be fed air from a fan.
