Address book made from folded sheets - which are held together with adhesive tape inside plastics cover

The address book is made from a number of sheets of paper and each sheet is folded about is centre line to form four equal writing surfaces. The folded sheets are placed one upon another in staircase fashion so that they overlap each other. This bundle of folded sheets has the overlapping folded edges joined together with adhesive tape. The sheets are then glued inside a cardboard cover which is, in turn, fitted inside an outer cover of transparent plastic. The appropriate index letters are written on the projecting edges.
