<p>The gymnastic apparatus is used for exercising the back and chest muscles and comprises an elasticated strap (1) provided with a hook (6, 7) at each end. These are attached to buckles (2, 3) for length adjustment. Hand grips (4, 5) are also provided, these being mobile along the strap. To exercise the back and shoulder muscles, the hooks are placed over the top of a door and the user is seated. To exercise the arm and chest muscles, the hooks are removed and the strap is doubled, using the buckles. The hand grips are then pulled outwards.</p> |
