Cleaning system for tanks and vessels - using spray cleaner with strainer vessel on liquor return line having automatic cleaning cycle

Cleaning system has series of wash liquor vessels, the contacts of which are pumped to the rotating spray head. The return liquor from the vessel being cleaned passes through a strainer to remove and collect dirt. The consists of a cylindrical vessel containg a cylindrical screen which divides it into two chambers. The run off from the vessel being cleaned runs into the centre of this and a discharge to drain leaves from this. liquor flows to the storage vessels after passing through the screen. Opening the drain valve allows dirt collected on the screen to be regularly discharged. For use in industries where vessel cleaning is needed e.g. in breweries. Conventional filters require dismantling for cleaning. The system described allows an automatic cycle to be followed.
