PURPOSE:To prevent any texture from being blotted even after repeaed uses by laminating on a conductive substrate both a carrier generating layer and a carrier moving layer which contains poly-N-vinyl carbazole and a preset guantity of teracyanoethylene. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic shbstance such as Se or an organic pigment is evaporated or applied and dried to a conductive substrate so as to form a carrier generating layer having a thickness of about 0.1 to 5 microns. Then, further application is made of a carrier moving layer which contains poly-N-vinyl carbazole and 5 x 10<-4> to 1 x 10<-2> moles of tetracyanoethylene to 1 mole monomer of the PVK, in a manner to have a thickness of about 5 to 100 microns.
