PURPOSE:To allow the title equipment to function as an inner duct type electrostatic precipitator and to prevent deterioration of performance due to partial charge trouble from being extended to the whole body by independently providing a power source, a flow path shielding means and an electrode washing means at every inner duct. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of inner ducts A-D are formed by partitioning the cross-section of a duct 11. A plurality of small duct-type dust collecting poles 3 are formed by partitioning the cross-sections of the inner ducts A-D. The discharge poles 4a-4d are coaxially provided to the respective dust collecting poles 3. High-voltage power sources 5a-5d respectively connected with the duct collecting poles 3 and the discharge poles 4a-4d in the inner ducts are independently provided at every inner duct. Further the flow path shielding means 20 are independently provided at every inner duct. Furthermore the electrode washing means 7, 8a-8d, 9 of the dust collecting poles 3 and the discharge poles 4a-4d are provided. As a result, the title equipment is allowed to function as an inner duct-type electrostatic precipitator and deterioration of performance due to partial charge trouble is prevented from being extended to the whole body. |
