<p>PURPOSE:To make possible to detect failures in very short time, by returning the data delivered with the basic clock via the first loop delivery path via the second loop delivery path after being changed over to separate basic clock. CONSTITUTION:The loop delivery paths 31-II and 31-II are cnstituted that they are definitely connectable to the master unit 11 and slave units 12-0... 12-6 with the selection instruction written in the data. The data transmitted from the 18 unit 11 in the timing of the basic clock PHI1 is returned to the unit 11 via the delivery path 31-II in the timing of basic clock PHI2 from the unit 12-0, after it being fed to the given unit, for example, 12-0 via the delivery path 31-I. Further, the data transmitted from the delivery path 31-II in the timing of clock PHI2 is returned via th delivery path 31-I from the specified unit, for example, 12-1 in the timing changed over to the clock PHI1 when folding instruction is present. Thus, the failure detection can be made in very short time.</p> |
