<p>AUTOMATIC ADJUSTER FOR BRAKES An automatic adjuster for an adjustable brake mechanism movable in normal travel, undertravel and overtravel. The adjuster includes first adjusting means operative upon undertravel of the brake mechanism for loosening same, and second adjusting means operative upon overtravel of the brake mechanism for tightening same. The first and second adjusting means are inoperative to adjust the brake mechanism during normal travel of such mechanism.</p> |
