<p>PURPOSE:To run tape at a low speed during frame feeding period and perform stable and sure frame feeding manually or automatically by providing a means of running the tape at a low speed in a helical scanning type magnetic recorder-reproducer. CONSTITUTION:A tape 5 is run at a low speed by a frame feed circuit such as manual frame feed circut MS, automatic frame feed circuit AS, pulse generator PG, etc. as well as auxiliary circuits SLS, PRS through direct controlling of the frequency dividing ratio of a counter CT. When a still state is set by turning ON a still circuit SL and MS is turned ON and OFF, then a motor control circuit MC goes ON and OFF, causing the driving signal in a low speed state to run and stop the motor CM. The tape 5 then runs at a low speed. When AS is turned ON in the still state, the output thereof is differential to drive PG, which in turn generates the pulse to run the tape 5 at a low speed for the specified time alone. Only during this signal period, MC is turned ON to run the tape at a low speed.</p> |
