PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric porcelain compsn. for high frequency having a high specific inductive capacity and high Q in a high frequency range by preparing a Ba(Sn, Zr, Mg, Ta)O compsn. having a specified compsn. CONSTITUTION:This dielectric porcelain compsn. for high frequency has a compsn. represented by formula I (where x+y+z=1, 0.28<=u<=1, 1<=v<=1.03 and w is an arbitrary number). In the three-component compsn. diagram expressing a compsn. ratio represented by formula II, x, y and z are within the range defined by a polygon A, B, C, D having compsn. points A (0.08, 0.29, 0.63), B (0.23, 0.24, 0.53), C (0.23, 0.27, 0.5) and D (0.08, 0.32, 0.6) as the vertexes. By using this dielectric porcelain compsn., a dielectric having a high specific inductive capacity and satisfactory temp. characteristics of resonance frequency can be obtd. |
