PURPOSE:To simplify operation and make displaying easy to see by letting display changing-over of a first liquid crystal display layer mainly displaying the time and a second liquid crystal layer mainly displaying the calender be selectively performed. CONSTITUTION:In a liquid crystal display part 19, the display 21 thru 23 of the hour, minute and second are mainly displayed, and the date 24, day 25 and month 26 are incidentally displayed. When the button Al of an external operating member is operated, the display is changed over to the display part 20 which mainly displays the calendar portion by displays from the 1st up to 31st days. Displaying of numbers not with the portions using segment displays but with the common segments concerning the incidental display parts such as the year, month, date, etc. enables the number of terminals to be reduced, the display style to be made easy to see and the operating method to be made simpler. |
