PURPOSE:To improve durability at high speed, by disposing rubber buffer layers among belt piles in both end sections of reinforcing belt layers in metallic cords, in a radial tire provided with said reinforcing belt in a tread portion. CONSTITUTION:In a tire that is provided with a tread 2 and a bead portion 4 containing a pair of side portions 3 each communicated from the both ends and a bead wire 6 and dispose5 cords in a 65 deg.-80 deg. range to a radial plane of the tire to a fiber cord radial carcass 5 extending between both bead portions 4 and a tread 2 location at the upper portion of the carcess 5 and has belt layers 7 consisting of a plurality of metallic cord layers crossing among plies, duravility at high speed is improved by holding not less than one rubber buffer layer 8, which is produced by disposing cords in the substantial 90 deg. direction to the radial plane, among belt plies in both end sections of the belt layers 7. |
