<p>In an hydraulic braking system of the kind having gas-pressurised accumulators connected to an hydraulic circuit, the number of revolutions made by the brake fluid pump in order to increase the braking circuit pressure from a lower limit at which a regulating device connects the pump delivery to the circuit, and an upper limit at which the regulating device connects the pump delivery to a return line, is counted electronically in a control unit to provide a warning indication when the count falls below a predetermined stored number, indicating loss of braking capacity of the system.</p> |
