<p>PURPOSE:To perform efficient interactive processing by inputting data to a field on an HELP screen when a field HELP in a formatted is displayed. CONSTITUTION:When the explanation of a field on the formatted screen is required, an HELP key 8 is depressed and the cursor position on the screen is reported to an input data inspection part 22 through a terminal driver 6. The input data inspection part 22 analyzes the input data received from the terminal driver part 6 and when the identifier of the HELP key 8 is detected, a screen information cutting part 21 is started to specify a field where a HELP display is requested from the cursor position on the screen when the key is operated; and the field name added to the field and information on one line on the screen where the field is present are extracted and sent to a HELP control part 4. Consequently, the efficient interactive processing is performed.</p> |
