PURPOSE:To render the size as a whole samll and further improve the intake and exhaust efficiency by providing one intake and exhaust path which is communicated with a compression chamber having a diaphragm and utilizing the intake and exhaust path so as to be able to perform both the suction and exhausting operations. CONSTITUTION:If a vibration disk plate 56 is raised from the base plate 61 by the rotation of a motor 35, the air opens an intake valve 58 from an intake port 64 as indicated by a solid circled mark and is sent to a compression chamber 69 via an intake and exhaust path 70. By the following compression movement of the vibration disk plate 56, the compressed air returns in the intake and exhaust path 70 as indicated by a dotted line arrow, and is exhausted from an exhaust port 66 via an exhaust valve 59 from an exhaust path 71. In such a way, the intake and exhaust path which is communicated with the compression chamber 69 is communicated with the intake port 64 via the intake valve 58 as well as with the intake and exhaust path 70 and an exhaust opening 66 is communicated with the end of the exhaust path 71, thereby it becomes possible to utilize one intake and exhaust path 70 so as to effect both the intake and exhaust operation. |
