PURPOSE:To separate a hematocyte mixture to each component thereof in high purity, by streaming a hematocyte dispersion along the surface of a membrane, and filtering the dispersion through the membrane applying pressure vibration to the dispersion. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 7 is inserted in a circuit 6 connecting a vessel 2 and a hematocyte separator 4. Pressure vibration generated by the vibrator 7 is transmitted to a hematocyte dispersion 1 flowing into the hematocyte separator 4, and further transmitted to a filtering membrane 8 having a pore diameter of pref. 0.5-20mu. The hematocyte dispersion is filtered with the vibrating membrane 8, and the components of the dispersion other than hematocyte, such as proteins, fats, electrolytes, water, etc., are collected in a filtrate chamber 9 and discharged through an outlet 10. |
