<p>The radiator installation method uses a two part bracket (1, 2) which holds the radiator upright and keeps it the correct distance from a wall. The first part (1) is T shaped in plan view, with a cross piece for attachment to the wall. This has flanges extending from it for attachment of a thin blade (3) at right angles. This is mounted to rest on top of the radiator. The second part (2) is a strip of metal bent into a V shape with one arm (8) resting against the wall. This arm has a vertical slot (10) down the middle, at the top so that the blade of the first part can be fitted into it. The other arm (9) acts as a stop against the rear of the radiator, spacing it from the wall.</p> |
