发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING WASTE GAS FROM INCINERATOR FOR WASTE MATTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce NOX in the waste gas to N2 with a cheap equipment, to convert HCl to CaCl2 and NH4Cl and to separate these compounds from the waste gas carrying on the flow of the moving bed, by injecting NH3 into the waste gas after the cooling and dust removal and making the gas pass through the moving bed consisting of the mixture of CaCO3 and CaSO4. CONSTITUTION:The waste gas from the incinerator for the waste matter is cooled to 200-400 deg.C by being passed through the cooler 3, NH3 is injected into the waste gas with the NH3 injecting device 5 after the solid components 15 have been removed at the dust collector 4 and then the mixed gas is sent to the reactor 6 of moving bed type. Until the waste gas leaves the reactor 6 after the injection of NH3, NOX is reduced to N2 and H2O, and a part of HCl in the waste gas reacts with NH3, becomes NH4Cl and another part of HCl reacts with CaCOl3 in the mixture 11 of CaCO3 and CaSO4 forming the moving bed 12 and becomes CaCl2. NH4Cl and CaCl2 fall gradually together with the mixture 11 in the moving bed 12, are discharged outside the reactor 6 through the discharge hole 10 and are separated to the product 16 and the mixture 11 with the vibrating screen 13. The mixture 11 is returned to the charging hole 9 through the transferring means 14. CaCO3 and CaSO4 are supplied appropriately from the supply hoppers 17 and 18.
