PURPOSE:To detect in a short time with a high resolution which block the trouble occurred in at a hardware trouble time, by performing the multistage checking of main blocks by utilizing surplus times of the processing at every sample time of a computer-system protective relay unit. CONSTITUTION:In the unit where information subjected to sampling every fixed time interval is inputted periodically and this information is subjected to the processing dependent upon a trouble detecting algorithm every time and a control instruction is issued on a basis of this result, CPU1, ROM2 to store the program for a relay, RAM3 to store data and I/O device 4 for input are provided and they are connected to respective busses A, DI, DO and CL for address, data input, data output and control. Then, data structure 100 where arithmetic logic unit AUL 10 is provided in CPU1 and data structure 100 where register 21 to store the status of the computer are provided, and further, inspection circuit 300 where check data generator circuit 10a and comparator circuit 10b are provided is added to ALU 10. |
