<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a well panel free from air voids, also without any difficulty for fitting operation by injecting an expandable resin into a channel section exterior surfacing material followed by attaching a releasing belt firmly to the back surface of the male insert throughout the whole length while attaching the belt partially to the back of the female insert, simultaneously carrying out expansion of the resin. CONSTITUTION:An expandable resin 5 is injected through an injection unit 8 into an exterior surfacing material 3 having both male and female insents 1 and 2, respectively followed by firmly attaching a releasing belt 6 having a projection 9 in one side to the back surface of the male insert 1 throughout the whole length, while attaching the belt partially to the back of the female insert 2, simultaneously carrying out expansion of the resin to obtain the objective wall panel. The space produced due to the partial attachment to the back of the male insert 2 enables air to be emitted to outer space and also serves to effect easy fitting between two wall panels due to freedom from any resin residue spilled to the male insert 1.</p> |
