<p>A security paper as described in parent patent is esp. useful for the prodn. of handwritten cheques and official documents that are protected against attempts at alteration or falsification of the writing. It carries on its surface and/or in the body is not >= fluorescent coloured reactant chosen from pyrenesulphonic acids and their metallic salts, e.g. those of alkali and alkaline-earth metals. The principal parent covers the use of 3-hydroxypyrene-5,8,10-trisulphonic acid and its salts. This addition describes the use of the Na salt of the above cpd. and of Na pyrene-3,5-disulphonate, K pyrene-3,8-disulphonate, Na pyrene-3,5,8-trisulphonate and Na 3-quinopyrene-5,8,10-trisulphonate.</p> |
