Tubes, and platic tubes in particular, are cut with a cutter having a first bolder attached to the tube and another outer holder which turns on the first and carries at least one radially moving blade. The first holder is the grip for the workpiece and the cutter is fed in by a threaded rod. Appts. cuts thin-walled tubes cleanly without deforming them.
