PURPOSE:To provide a vehicle shunting system, simple in structure, easy to maintain and highly reliable, in which movable, shunting guide wheel is provided on the vehicle and fixed guide blades are provided on both sides of the shunting section of track. CONSTITUTION:Train 2 is provided with movable, course changing guide wheel 5 which is moved toward the shunting direction by means of shunting direction control unit installed on the vehicle, and fixed guide blades 4 are provided on both side of the track. When instruction is given to shunt the vehicle to the right, guide wheel 5 is moved laterally to the right with respect to the advancing direction and enters into the right-side guide blade 4, whereby it is enabled to shunt the train into the right- side guide blade 4, whereby it is enabled to shunt the train into the rightside track. |
