This apparatus can generate power by action of four floats mounted between supporting pillars. These floats can be moved only upward and downward without other side movements. Two racks mounted on each float also are in vertical motion according to movements of each float, are connected to the ratchet of the generator by a belt. The appratus generates power by rotation of the axis operated by the ratchet gear.
