PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage working fluid and easily transmit pressure or fluid, by filling a plastic fluid of yielding level at a sealed part of a fluid cylinder and filling a plastic fluid of low yielding level or a viscous fluid at a high fluid moving part such as a fluid passage. CONSTITUTION:A poston 2 is slidably fitted in a bottomed cylinder tube 1 and equipped with a packing 3 to seal up a working fluid. A high pressure feed piper or a pipe 4 connected to a similar kind of fluid cylinder is coupled to the cylinder tube 1. The plastic fluid 6 of high yielding level is filed in a cylinder tube chamber 5. The fluid 8 of low yielding level is filled in a passage 7. Therefore, the working fluid is prevented from leaking along the sealed part, and the pressure loss in the passage of high fluid moving speed is reduced. |
