PURPOSE:Cutting blade is equipped with an easily cutting material and a cutter of high accuracy and is obtained by setting forth the requirement in this component for the cutter body. CONSTITUTION:A cutter blade 3 to be fitted detachably on a cutter body 1 and a gear 2 consists in a cutting part (cutting blade) 4 and a easily cutting material part, comparing with the hard material of the cutting blade, (welding part) 5. In this welding part 5, a reference pin hole 8 for the cutter body 1 is perforated and a welding part 5 is sandwiched by welding to the cutting blade 4. The cutting blade 3 thus assembled is fixed in the gear 2 of the cutting body 1 by fastening it with the reamer bolt through the pin hole 8. Then, whole cutter is assembled duly. |
