GLYCYRRHETINIC ACID DERIVATIVES

New glycyrrhetinic derivatives and their process of preparation are provided of the general formula: wherein R is an alkylene or cycloalkylene radical and X represents an oxygen atom or two hydrogen atoms; and the non-toxic salts and esters thereof; the new derivatives have an excellent anti-inflammatory activity and do not have a significant antidiuretic activity.
