CONCENTRATION OF PORPHYRIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To concentrate dilute solution of porphyrin economically by a simple process comprising adsorption of the dilute solution with a hydroxyethyl ammonium-type anion exchange resin. CONSTITUTION:Aqueous solution of porphyrin such as coproporphyrin II, etc. is contacted with hydroxyethyl ammonium-type anion exchange resin (e.g. Amberlite IRA-410), and adsorbed porphyrin is desolved with a mineral acid.
