PURPOSE:To prepare the title composition of good moldability and excellent thermal discoloration and impact resistance, by incorporating a specific phosphoric ester metal salt in a thermoplastic resin composition consisting of a butadiene type graft copolymer, a specific thermoplastic resin and an aromatic polycarbonate. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (1) 100 parts by wt. of a thermoplastic resin composition consisting of (A) 5-50wt% of a butadiene type graft copolymer prepared by graft copolymerization between (i) polybutadiene or a butadiene type copolymer containing 50 wt.% or more of butadiene, (ii) a methacrylic ester, and (iii) an aromatic vinyl monomer, (B) 5-65 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin prepared by copolymerization of (iv) 85-60 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl monomer with (v) 15-40 wt.% of a cyanovinyl monomer, and (C) 30-90 wt.% of an aronotic polycarborate resin and (2) 0.05-20 parts by wt. of one or two sorts of phoshoric ester metal salts of formulaeIand II (M.T is an alkaline earth metal, Zn or Al; R is 5-30C alkyl; n is a valency of M), respectively. |
