The pile collar 5 is a prefabricated cast form of cellular plastic and is intended for casting around the pile. It is intended to greatly facilitate casting and insulation/capillary protection of the pile casting. The pile collar 5 is to be used in concrete casting of ground plates/foundations 3 of houses constructed on piles. A prefabricated pile collar consists of a box-shaped element 6 with surrounding edges and a bottom 8 with, arranged in the centre of the said bottom 8, holes for receiving a pile 2, and which pile collar 5 consists of cellular plastic and at the same time forms a cast form for casting around the pile top 2A, which extends from the ground 4 through the pile collar 5, heat-insulating layers for the cast ground plate/foundation 3 against the soil 2, and capillary protection for the cast structure 3. The edges of the pile collar are the same height all round the pile collar 2. The pile collar 5 is rectangular and the bottom hole is adapted such that the pile collar 5 can be engaged over a pile top 2A protruding upwards from the ground 4. <IMAGE> |
