PURPOSE:To provide a switching frequency alternation with a reasonable cost by generating switching signal according to the preset value digitizing the pulse signal allowing the power signal from the program setting unit to convert to the pulse signal in a certain time interval with the analog digital converter. CONSTITUTION:The program setting unit 1 produces the power signal according to a certain preset power curve for example during 0-48 hours. The analog digital converter 2 converts to the pulse numbers in a certain time interval by entering the power of the program setting unit 1. The preset counter 3 produces the switching signal to restart from 0 when counting upto the preset numbers.
