PURPOSE:To easily manufacture the complex member, such as gear, metal mold etc. by making the material corresponding to the sectional shape of necessary forming body by refractory material and laminating, adjusting and capsulating by coating and then, joining in the atmosphere of high temperature and pressure gas. CONSTITUTION:The material 2 having the axis perforation 3 at the center and providing tooth form corresponding to the section of product, is made by metal sheet etc. by punching or simple processing, at the time of forming the gear etc. The above material 2 is plurally laminated and is adjusted to necessary gear form. Then glass or metal coating is applied on the whole circumference of the adjusted body A' and laminated material is sealed up in a capsule. Sealed material is placed in a high temprature and pressure furnace and is joined in a body acting hydrostatic pressure from surroundings. By the above method, complex shaped mold used refractory material, is able to easily manufactured and many kind product in small quantity are able to effectively produce.
