<p>The operating procedure is for the feed drive for machine tools with infinitely controllable, electric motor and electronic speed regulation, esp. for universal tool milling machines. For a short period, a smaller torque is switched in as is necessary for the feed. The speed of the motor can be free or limited and after the expiring of the given time, the desired feed is automatically switched in. On setting via gears, the feed motor serves as servo motor for the hand operation. The torque is so adjusted that there is no feed without manual assistance.</p> |
