PURPOSE:The lubricating composition for the plastic work, which has a superior lubricity against the aluminum material, prepared by including, as the effective component, a polyol that has a neopentyl type skeleton, and is partially esterified by the fatty acid. CONSTITUTION:The lubricating compound is prepared by including, as the effective component, more than 0.1wt% of a partial ester with one or more of unreacted groups, obtained from a polyol with the neopentyl type skeleton, such as pentaerythritol, etc., and the fatty acid with five or more of carbon atoms. This partial ester has a high heat stability, and the reactivity of aluminum against the unreacted hydroxyl group is very high; therefore, a stable aluminum complex is formed, and the complex acts as the superior lubricant. Accordingly, this lubricating compound can demonstrate the superior lubricity at the process of plastic work such as the rolling, the extrusion, the punching, etc., of the aluminum material. |
