<p>Stable H3N2 influenza virus strains completely resistant to serum inhibitors are obtained by passaging at least one time in the allantoic cavity of embryonated eggs in the presence of serum a recombinant strain previously obtained from an H3N2 influenza strain and the A/PR8 influenza virus strain and isolating the so-obtained serum inhibitors resistant strains. The obtained strains are useful for vaccine production.</p> |
