PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can operate stably even if a transistor is a depletion type.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device of one embodiment of the invention disclosed has: a first transistor that has a function of supplying a first potential to first wiring; a second transistor that has a function of supplying a second potential to the first wiring; a third transistor that has a function of supplying a third potential for turning on the first transistor to a gate of the first transistor, and then stopping the supply of the third potential; a fourth transistor that has a function of supplying a second potential to the gate of the first transistor; and a first circuit that has a function of generating a second signal obtained by giving an offset to a first signal. The second signal is inputted to a gate of the fourth transistor. A minimum value of the second signal is less than the second potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
