The 3,5-disubstitited-1H-1,2,4-triazoles <IMAGE> in which: R is chosen from: hydrogen, (C1-4)alkyl, (C1-4)alkoxy, allyloxy, propargyloxy, trifluoromethyl, phenyl, fluoro, chloro and dimethylamino; R1 represents a (C1-4)alkyl group; R2 is chosen from: hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, (C1-4)alkyl, methoxy and ethoxy; R3 is chosen from: hydrogen, fluoro, chloro, (C1-4)alkyl and (C1-4)alkoxy; R and R3, taken together, represent a methylenedioxy group; on condition that, when R, R2 and R3 simultaneously represent hydrogen, R1 is not the methyl group; and also on condition that, when R2 and one of the groups R and R3 represent hydrogen, R1 and the other of the groups R and R3 are not simultaneously the methyl group; and their salts obtained with pharmaceutically acceptable acids are described. These compounds have antireproductive properties and act on the central nervous system. |
