PURPOSE:To extend the effective portion of a lighting tool, by disposing an auxiliary lens for receiving light rays reflected by means of a reflector to a lighting chamber shaping an inward curved portion that lengthens to the side rear. CONSTITUTION:Light rays made incident to an auxiliary lens 5 among parallel light rays by means of a reflector 3 are first made incident to a 1st total reflection surface 51 and reflected by means of the 1st total reflection surface 51a, one portion of light rays is emitted from a prism portion 51b of the 1st total reflection portion 51, but one portion of light rays is made incident to a 2nd total reflection portion 52, is totally reflected by means of the 2nd total reflection surface 52a and enters a refrection portion 53, and is radiated from the prism portion 53b. Light rays directly made incident to the lens 5 from a light source 1 besides light rays made incident by means of the reflector 3 also contribute to radiation from the lens 5. Since light rays are emitted from each portion of the lens 5 in this manner and the refraction portion 53 ranges over the approximately whole inward curved portion 4, light rays can be made incident to the approximately whole range. |
