SUPPORT AND GUIDE FOR A TRACK OF A TRACK-LAYING VEHICLE A frame for supporting a track of a track-laying vehicle includes a pair of lower longitudinally extending members having surfaces disposed to prevent sideways movement of the track and for supporting the track shoes in the event that the track begins to twist from working loads imposed thereon. Each of the lower longitudinally extending members include a horizontal section joined to a vertical section having an upper end disposed in overlapping relationship to a lower end of a vertical wall of an upper part of the frame. A plurality of tabs are welded to the vertical sections and extend beneath the lower end of the vertical wall portion and beneath a longitudinal bar welded to the vertical wall portion in overlapping relationship to the lower end thereof. The tabs are bolted to the longitudinal bar.
