A test plate for detecting glucose and galactose in body fluid, secretion or excretion was prepd. The oxidn.-redn. indication agent soln. and pH6-8 buffer soln. contg. glucose or galactose oxidase, or their peroxidase were absorbed on the diethylaminoethylcellulose paper soaked in pH 6-8 buffer soln. and dried. The treated paper was sticked on the transparent plate and covered with another untreated paper. The test plate gave good sensitivity and clearence.
