The title bobbin having good deformation-resistance, burst-resistance, abrasion-resistance was manufd. sample A was prepd. by mixing aluminum 30wt.%, duralumin 35wt.%, and ingot 3.5wt.%, and melted in a heating furnace at 700-800≦̸C while being agitated with a dry wood rod. After floating slag was removed from the melted soln. of A, the soln. was charged into the special mold formed with kaolin and clay, and the molded bobbin was finished by an abrasion process.
