<p>The baking chambers arranged one above the other, for loading at the front side, in a multistage oven heated by circulating hot gases, have, superimposed, an additional baking chamber for use also for confectionery, which is loaded from the side. This additional chamber has a further loading opening at the front of the oven, and it can be connected by familiar means to the heat circulating system of the other chambers, to which it corresponds in plan and in height. Permits the loading of both types of goods without the mutual interference of the personnel. The temp. of the additional chamber is completely controllable independently of the others, so that it can be used for baking bread also. This raises the output of a three-stage oven producing bread by 33 1/3%.</p> |
