the actuating valve is operated by a low force plunger. The plunger is moved within a cylinder for connecting and disconnecting air flow. The channel (33) connected to outlet (15) has small diameter tapping hole (31) which connects channel (33) with the sealed chamber (27) enclosing the valve plunger (17). The step face (29) between plunger sections is loaded by the pressure of comprised air entering through the tapping hole. This pressure assists the actuation of the plunger carried out by a mechanical actuator.
